Fishing Lake
Fishing at Dart Raffe Farm The fishing lake at Dart Raffe Farm in Devon is a mature lake, extending to one and a half acres. There is a fine stock of carp, many of which have weights well into double figures.
The lake is in a beautiful, unspoiled and tranquil place, surrounded by green fields and trees and with no roads or houses within sight or sound. Families are welcome - there is a bridleway and footpaths for non-fishing family members who would just like to enjoy relaxing and walking in the countryside. You are welcome to bring a picnic.
There is a toilet with hand washing facilities near the lake. A hard standing area for parking is also close by.
Cost per person for up to 3 rods: £8 per day. Fishing visits strictly by arrangement only.
Fishing rules
All anglers must book in advance and pay fees prior to commencing fishing.
All visitors whether fishing or not do so at their own risk.
No ground bait, nuts, beans, liquidized baits, boilies, pellets, paste, bloodworm or joker.
Only barbless hooks permitted. No bent (shank) hooks to be used.
All fish must be landed using a landing net.
Fish to be returned to the water immediately after weighing and photographing with the greatest care being taken for their well being.
Everyone is responsible for their own property. LITTER MUST BE TAKEN AWAY.
Visitors are asked not to interfere with wildlife or livestock.
No fires.
The Management reserve the right to refuse admission and to alter the rules at any time.
